No problem. I am by no means an expert, but I'm definitely curious to see other opinions. =) Regardless, Morgan dollars are pretty coins. I have a few myself, haha.

I agree with the AG-03. Would give the second one an easy MS63

The first coin would probably reach FR-2, and the second looks MS-64.

Thank You all gentlemen. It is difficult to grade off a picture, especially the ones from my camera. The 1900 O I thought may get to 64 and this 1882 CC may be examples. It seems the GSA is almost impossible to photo with my equipment and lighting. AG D

Never got around to posting my guess I was thinking 64/64+ based on photos, nice 65 though.
