Before you take my advice, I want to apologize. I am new to the grading realm. But to my eyes, I want to say it's a VG10 or maybe even a F12. Though, don't take my word for it.. I'm curious to see what others have to say, though.

Nice color and surfaces on a semi-key date Morgan. I'd say she's got enough left for a low Fine grade.

I'm going Fine but I'd say it's had at least one cleaning at some point or another. And something bothers me about the wear pattern: it's too N - S and looks like it was deliberately scraped a time or two. That means I'm suspect of the whole coin. I'm not a Morgan collector, so are you all confident on this one's pedigree? The date itself isn't like my own coin of the era, but that could be wear.

It should squeak out F12. The obverse teeters between VG10 and F12 but the reverse is a strong F12.

F15 The coin looks like a VAM 4 Far Date. The CC is tilted to the left and the 3 should have a doubling at the top. I do see some white at the top of the 3 that could be the doubling. The wear pattern looks normal for a circulated Morgan. Dave700 is much better at VAM's than I am. Maybe Dave could confirm the VAM 4.

Thanks for the VAM attribution, Slider! I hadn't thought to check that. It does look like it has the doubled 3. Not the greatest photo below, but I think you can see it.

Lots of wear on this one but it's a good looking coin I will say VG-10
