Linc 2006-D DDR ? Strong Enough

2006-D Lincoln Cent with upper bays 3-10 doubled. Is this an odd place for a 'doubled die ' ? Is it worth grading/attributing ? I've other year examples from 2003-D and 2004-D as well with the 'upper bays' doubled nicely.

I don't know about grading coins but that'a a nice find. Good eye!

I think I see what you mean, although those large blue numbers are a bit distracting. If you're able to draw arrows, those are generally less obtrusive to the feature in question, such as this:

Okay, you have a doubled die, and an unusual one. However - there is no grading service that will attribute your coin as a doubled die. They are all more generalistic than that, actaully placeing only those coins in holders that are more major.

But yes, you do have a doubled die that is worth collecting, and should be listed in the various die variety systems.
