Yikes. Some seller just got taken to the cleaners, methinks.

Granted, most of those are culls, but the Caesar and Vitellius are nice enough, and there is no such thing as a worthless Otho, Galba, or Pontius Pilate.

The seller should have broken up the lot, selling the rare pieces individually and the rest in small lots. I guess he just wanted to get rid of them quick.

If you have at least two serious bidders, such lots are a really good way to make some cash, since at a certain point you start to justify your bid as "Well, if I bid an extra $60, it makes the coins $18 each instead of $16 each..."

But, list your coins at a time of the year when money is tight from holiday shopping....
