I was allowed to hold an 1870-cc double eagle in my hand. The only great coin I've ever seen in person.

It was raw. Knowing the dealer, it was genuine and he wasn't keeping it for his collection.

My only "Old Gold" coin, but on the hunt for a $2.50 and a $5 MS Classic Head with CAC's:
