I enjoy spending time cruising ebay listings as many others do. Often I keep my eyes open for listings with fuzzy or low quality photos to see if something might be lurking undiscovered. Last week I saw a listing for a 1910-S Lincoln Cent. The obverse photo looked horrible, but I did notice on the reverse there were full lines on the left wheat stalk. I put in a bid and won the coin for 99 cents plus $2.49 shipping. I didn't hold out much hope for the coin and figured I'd wasted my money, but when it arrived today I was thrilled to see what I had received. It looks like it might be Uncirculated, a brown coin with a bit of red around the rims and nice "woodie" toning. The first two photos are the ebay ones followed by my photos of the coin. The original picture looks like something I'd post. One of these days I'm going to figure this picture taking thing out. Congrats on a nice purchase!

I don't know about uncirculated but a nice EF-45 at minimum . excellent .99 pick up . |

As others have posted .. very nice pick up.
From the sellers pictures, I would have never guessed
the coin was that nice.

Congratulations. It's nice to score on bad photos but I don't think this great of a score happens too often.
