Hello all, My 9 year old daughter and I are VERY new to the coin collecting hobby and are still learning the basics, so grading is still quite awhile away lol. We are curious as to what you guys feel this would grade as? Not really looking for value so much as grade, however do the die cracks add any premium? From what I understand typically it does not unless very extreme. Not sure what is considered extreme but it does seem to have e a high number of cracks and all of them are very aesthetically pleasing, lol. Thanks for any help.
Those dies were really, really worn out. That's one of the worst I've ever seen on a modern Washington.
Not much collector interest (and therefore not much premium) in these sort of die state related issues on Washington quarters, especially on the modern ones, but still a nice example of terminal die state and worth keeping as a numismatic conversation piece.
