Machine Doubling or double die?

Date I.G.W.T definitely show signs of doubling.

Hard to grade in a holder. I see scratches, but can't tell if it's on the film or the coin. Also the scruffy white areas.

Really needs to be photographed out of the 2x2.

nice cameo look however I too would like to see it out of its case as the white spots and scratches dont look good. hopefully they are on the holder

OMG , put it back in the holder ,it looked much better . What happened to that beautiful frosted cameo we saw in your first shot ?

the surface flaws I saw in the first pictures appear to be on the coin. have it PR64 maybe 65. with those flaws I cant see at 66. I think its still CAM as it most likely is lighting in the 2nd set of photos
