2006 S Proof Nickel Seeking Help, Info, And Any Knowledge. Possible Error

I was looking at my proof sets and noticed the "CA" in America is wel.... not right. My other proof sets have perfect lettering. This one however does not. It's a proof. Still looking in the packaged proof plastic. Any Thoughts will be helpfully. I cannot find similar error, but I'm also not well informed

It looks like it might be a small struck through error.

Yeah, struck through or maybe a detached lamination error on the planchet before striking distorting the "C" and "A".

Could be a strike through or could be damage. After blowing up the image I'm leaning more toward strikethrough.
