I'm no expert, But I'm guessing Fine, maybe slightly better.

My 10 year old Krause book lists a value of $40 in Fine and $75 in Very Fine. I suspect that this would easily sell for twice these figures. I suggest checking completed auctions ( ebay and maybe Heritage).

Prices are now $50 and $100. I'd say that coin is Fine and possibly cleaned.
