I seen them in CW this week. I haven't check mine yet but I am sure its not one of them it came last week and its the 2nd run coin with the corrections made

I checked both of mine, no luck all 2008 reverses. I do see that both NGC and PCGS now recognize this and will put it on the label.

I ordered 6 2008 uncirculated ASE from the U.S.Mint last week in hopes of getting some of the 2007 reverse. We'll see ?! Laura |

I am hoping to find a couple at the shop as we sell them. We still have 10 or so rolls unopened ...just waiting for me ! Are there any estimates on numbers for this variety ?

To night hsn.com was showing them you can still see the video on there web site there calling it a variety/error/reverse I dont think its an error thoe.

Just got the (6) I ordered today ! They ALL have the 2007 reverse design...YIPEEEE !  Take a look at my picture for a comparison. The top coin is the 2008 reverse and the bottom is the 2007 reverse. They are both 2008 W ASE. Laura Image:  IMG_1714_1_1.jpg95.55 KB Edited by Eyeluvcoins

I see the different shape of the letter "U" with the 2008 having a sort-of kickstand and the 2007 doesn't.
What's different about the stars?

The Stars are smaller on the 2007 reverse (see bottom coin on my last post). Also, the Font on the letters is different.

Is this variety limited to the "W" mint mark coins ? I have only seen the W's for sale on ebay, but I could have missed some since I didn't look that long. I have been under the assumption that any uncirculated 2008 ASE could have the 07 reverse...anyone know for sure ? |
