I posted this coin in the grading section a while back. I took another look at it. The reverse die clash is documented on coinsandcanada for 1946, 47, 50, 51 and 52. c&c also documents die clash both sides for 1950, and there's the Pinocchio of 1950. An obverse die clash for 1952 in the ear similar to mine was documented here http://goccf.com/t/228046.
Some perhaps unique things about this 1946. 1. Die clashes on both sides. 2. Obverse die clash in ear I have not seen documented for 1946 (is it?). 3. Obverse clash of aurora borealis line(s) behind head I have not seen anywhere, for any George VI dollar.
Another cool thing I noticed recently, is that the reverse is clashed near the date, corresponding to the jaw and neckline of George. This is pictured in c&c for 1950 and 51, and on this 46 it continues halfway to the first L in DOLLAR - pretty much the entire front of George's neck. Tough to photograph though.
