coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 08/17/2017 12:36 pm It appears that at one time there was a fin on the outside rim area that has flattened. So the die may have been tilted a bit and made that fin on your coin. Because it is flattened, makes it a normal coin. Here is what a fin should look like to be collectable.
