It was found in a relatives belongings after they passed away and I don't know anything about coins. Any information would be greatly appreciated. The reverse(?) references Philip II silver issues of Macedon, like these: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=3703107 https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=388516 I don't think there is a corresponding obverse, particularly in a base metal, for that reverse. Although a contemporary Celtic imitation is not out of the question, I lean toward it being a modern fake. I could be wrong, though.
