Great finds! What do you use to clean up the coins after they've been in the ground?

Nice as usual Dave. Alot of the old homesteads around here have been tore down to make room for new neighborhoods. Seems like everytime you blink another one is gone. Your a lucky man.

Good find on that 1852 Large Cent! I'm curios, how often does one find something like that?

i suppose its all luck, and area , I would think the east would turn up more than out here in the midwest, ive found 2 in the 3 years ive been detecting a 1849 and a 1852,
