(which pretty sure this is) Not a RPM. Just a normal coin. Year/denomination would also help with this information. (appear to be a cent?) Report this Post to the Staff

It also helps if you include a full picture of both the Obverse and Reverse. Sometimes there is information on the rest of the coin that can help with any questions you have.
