I don't remember since I got this 5 cents 1905 but I always think it might be more then AU-58 as graded by ICCS. The rim are nice. There is a small dent over the king eye. I think it's look more low MS. May be I'm wrong too.

Hard to tell from your photos; can you post a larger, closer-up photo of the obverse without the glare/flash?

Hard to tell for sure with the coin in a plastic flip but I think the AU-58 grade is right on the mark.

I too think AU58 is appropriate.
Appears to have broken luster, the slightest wear on the chain, moustache, and ear.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Can't disagree, really, but would not surprise me to see it in an MS holder.
