Hello,

I#m looking forward to complete my collection of argentinian circulation-coins.
There are still some problems concerning coins that have been issued my different mints in the same year (e.g. 1 Peso, 1975/76 or many coins in 1992).

Does anybody know how to identify the different mints?
Does anybody know a good catalogue/book/internet-link that might help?

Regards
Sebastian

According to Krause World Coins the mint marks are
A = Korea
B = Great Britain
BA = Buenos Aires
C = France
PTS = Potosi Monogram (Bolivia)
SE = Santiago del Estero
T, TM = Tucuman

Thanks for your reply Ken_3567 !

Maybe my question was not exact enough

Looking at my german, non-KM catalogue, I learned that the 1 Peso (KM#69) has been minted in Buenos-Aires from 1974-1976 AND in Santiago de Chile from 1975-1976. The KM does not mention that at all.
Because there are no (obvious) mint marks visible, I am not able to identify, whether a 1975 or 1976-coin has been minted in Argentina or Chile.
Its pretty the same with most of the coins minted in 1992 and 1993.

I have noticed that with the 5 Centavos (KM#109) there are some differences as far as the rays of the sun are concerned - but I am not completely sure about that.

Any further hints ?
