Hi, Frankielo, thanks for making a re-post without the threats(which I did not see). It's easy to get offended when you get modded, maturity shows when you come back with an appropriate post. I found the links elucidating. There are many people here that, although they don't agree with any threats, know what turns Mr. Buyer into Mr. Threaten. Especially with certain buyers. I was ripped off by a seller so blatant, Pamela Donnelly or Pjd1966, that her name is/has been redacted here.
Welcome to the club, if you have any questions on any certain buyer this is definitely the place to ask.

I'm guessing Mike has a few addresses. <<<Personal Info Removed by Forum Mod>>> I suggest Mike should call me as I know he reads these threads. Calling me is the best way to begin to set the record straight and maybe even begin to repair your reputation.
On another note does anyone collect US 90% silver to have something to buy stuff with should folks decide that paper is paper? Anybody think that someday soon you will only be able to buy things with specially issued imaginary government issued credits? That's the only way I think of that will get them out of the pickle their heading into.

If you look at his feedback it's very obvious why he got suspended. I don't believe a word Mike says but at least ebay has finally had enough of him ripping people off

How in the world does he have time to sell or ship anything when he is spending all hours answering internet posts about his own fraudulence? Doesn't really matter I suppose.. the reality is, however you do business, your reputation speaks for you. His seems to be speaking (screaming?) the truth quite well. Fast talkin' after the fact won't help that

xshift, he will have plenty of time to answer internet posts as his accounts are suspended on ebay. Again, if you think his sales tactics lack credibility, how can you believe that he was suspended over a billing dispute.

The addresses I posted above for Mikes Coins were all found on his websites both past & current. Sorry if that annoyed Forum Mod. As far as ebay goes.. You can get booted from ebay with a $$ dispute. I spoke to one guy who got a ebay refund of about $1600 with his dispute with Mikes Coins and maybe Mike did not fess up to paypal for the loss. Anyhow.. He's realy hurting the credibility of honest dealers. On a side note: According to my Aunt who works for the new congressman for that district, when you steal across state lines especially using the post office it becomes an FBI matter. I'll keep you posted on that. Also my thanks to Parklane64 for the warm welcome. Anybody have any thoughts on my comments about US 90% silver & the future of our monitary system or is this the wrong thread for that?

When ebay decides in favor of the buyer the seller is forced to give a refund. If the funds are not available this poses a dispute with Paypal.

OK now I'm confused. I had a dispute with a buyer on ebay about 1 year ago. ebay not only told me I had to give a refund but they withheld those funds from my account. I had the funds in my account to allow Ebay/paypal to do this. Now what part of theat is not right? have they changed this ?

Ah I think what you mean is ebay vs PayPal. They both work together .. I thought..

You must be talking about Paypal because ebay's got nothing to do with it.

Frankielo Paypal will only refund the buyer if they can recover the funds. If there are no funds in the sellers account to be recovered then they will not refund the buyer. Not that I am bitter and twisted about this (Much) but its something I will always take into account in the future when buying things using paypal.....
