This is 2019 W penny, still in factory packaging, I have two. The other coin doesn't have the spots. Any help

Spots are not considered errors, just damage.

A lot of the 2019 W cents are spotted. Spots are not error coins, they are manufacturing imperfections that decrease value and appeal.

Has the coin been out of the packing? Do you know what causes those spots? Those are sneeze droplets.
