I've got a full date/mm set of silver Roosies (1946-1964) that are all slabbed (NGC or PCGS) as Full Torch but FB is used as the variety indicator.
Best Guess: The TPG's didn't want to get into their labeling database and add FT.
And I believe the bands (split) are used as the indicator of a Full Torch strike.

FT (Full Torch) is the FB equivalent for FBs when it comes to Roosevelt dimes. They basically just changed the name a bit to distinguish between the series

I was comparing to the photo grades on PCGS site. I was thinking AU58 to MS62. But that's just by comparison.
Thank you all for your input&
Rest in Peace

Give it a good home in a binder or whatever storage method you use. It is just as much fun to enjoy a $1.30 coin instead of a higher priced coin. Learning the ropes on lesser value coins is wise.

I don't see it as MS, as there is not much mint luster left. I think AU-58 is a good bet.
