From my uncle's collection, found in his "oddity" rolls where I have id'd many die breaks, lamination errors, md, and others. This particular roll has a number of 1930 something LWC's that I can't find anything odd about. Any thoughts out there?

I would save them, they're pre-1940 wheaties, in my book that's always a keeper.

It's normal, just wear.

They're normal coin with damage from circulation wear and flattening. Keep them, since they're Wheat Cents.
Errers and Varietys.
