I would love to have someone who knows a lot about these give it a grade for me and a average selling price.I'm needing to sell it. I don't want to overprice it or under price it. Thank you Coindexter

This coin is definitely not AU , it is EF-40 .

the wear on the hair and wings and cheek is fairly pronounced, the fasces sticks show wear as well as the bands .

about a 8 or 10 dollar coin .

I would lean more towards AU than EF. I would not hesitate to pay $10 for this coin and I expect you can get more for it. It looks pretty nice!

PCGS standards anything but conservative !

wear shows on high points of feathers and hair and at neckline ,

High points of upper and lower Fasces bands are worn ,but all details clearly defined .

this describes an EF-40 coin .

I agree with EF, there is some more wear than it to be considered for AU.

There seems to be disagreement so I will throw in my guess. I think I would grade it XF but high end. The wear is certainly XF on the obverse although the reverse looks closer to AU. PCGS prices a 40 at $16. I think you could get $10 to $12 for it. A nice coin for the grade, as they say.
