mdpmedia Pillar of the Community United States 3546 Posts	Posted 08/26/2019 6:20 pm IMHO it looks like the TPG passed on detailing an old cleaning. Heritage's VP and their director of their grading dept. both conducted a two day grading seminar at our Louisville, KY Coin Club. It was the best $ 150 I ever spent. They said that on these older coins (Seateds, Busts etc) the TPGs let things like this pass more often than one would imagine: even on these oldie coins having much more significant cleaning PUPs...
