Got this for $3 from a silver box today. Is it original and a PO01? Thanks! -CH27 Collector of U.S. Coins, Varieties, and Colonial Coinage

Looks more like an 1893-S to my eye.

Thanks! CF, the MM is in the right location for the O (Compare to PCGS images). Thoughts? Edit: CF, you're right. It's an S. MM location is identical on both the O and S, but it's shape matches better to the S. Thanks! -CH27

Thanks T-BOP! It's not the prettiest PO01 out there, but I like it.

I agree that it is a Poor-01, with one caution. Poor-01 requires that the TPG be able to identify both the date and mm. If the TPG is uncertain about the mm, it could come back ungraded.

I will not be slabbing this one, but I think that it's an S.
