2005 Penny Multiple Errors

Hi Everyone,

Could use a little help and guidance. I found a 2005 penny with a few errors, but it's in mixed condition. Wondering if it's worth getting certified/graded due to errors as they seem to be rare ones.
There is a doubled ear down by the earlobe, and the roof looks to be floating. There is very faint line for the roof if you use a microscope, but to the human eye its definitely floating. I am attaching pictures so that you can see where the damage is as well as the errors. Thanks for your help in advance. :)

Ear definately looks doubled the black spot on the reverse appears to be zinc rot but I suspect by size and color could possibly be mold. Awaiting expert opinions on this one not a bad cent. Was it found crh?

Does not look like a doubled ear or a floating roof. A coin need a retail value of at least $150 to justify slabbing.
