I don't know , That reverse looks real good to me . It's the obverse strike that's an issue . Where's Fort Collins when you need him ? I have to say MS-63+ .

MS64. A few in the obverse hair. Flat strike and ticks precludes gem designation.

these very early buffs are known for notorious weak strikes. I think it may have come in at MS65

Coinfrog had it (looks like it was deleted?) PCGS graded it AU58 much to my surprise! I had it as low MS maybe up to a 63.
