The coin seems to have been a fairly strong strike, but the damage across the reverse kills any value the coin may have had. Proof is not a condition or a grade,it is a minting process with special dies,blanks and added minting pressure as well as it being struck at least two times as opposed to one strike for a business struck coin with less pressure.
