Hello,
I saw a coin on the internet I was wondering if it is an error or damaged coin ? And how to make the difference?

It looks like the coin has been "clipped" due to the irregular shape, and the weight is too low by 0.5g, or about 15%.

SO I think it is post-mint damage, possibly intentional.

It also looks like it has been for sale for more than 3 years ... so probably there is a reason.
