Hard to tell on the obverse photo--washed out detail. Is that a die chip in the first 5 of the date?

It is a die crack and chip on the reverse, not a Cud. Obverse is just die chips.

Coin is a later die state of RPM-002 but does not appear to be late enough where the reverse has formed the Retained Cud.
