With the new photos I'm bumping mine down. Cheek looks pretty darn clean, but a few of those field marks hold it back. MS65/65+.

Not sure what is happening at the cheek. I say MS64.

MS66 unless the small scratch in front of the face brought it down to 65.

I think MS-63 is to low for that coin. But I wouldn't spend the money to get it regraded.

as I said MS64 would not surprise me so if it was resent I would not expect it to come back higher than that and not worth it for a regrade

Don't waste anymore money on grading . These are a dime a dozen !

Not worth the cost of re-grading, even if you got a 64.

There's a chance the scratch in front of the face (and those behind the head) were enough to bodybag it and they decided to holder it a couple points down since it's a gorgeous coin otherwise.
This coin was graded before "genuine" holders were available and before net grading was commonplace.

It's interesting how the "value" increases in PCGS for each step from MS63 on. For NGC, the increases are also exponential but not so steep. Nevertheless, would having NGC evaluate the coin help?
Stay well, Diy89Nurm7
