How do you tell a difference besides the I in Dei being Flared at the ends like it is?
Also the Scope picture maybe of another coin.. I will take another one shortly

I got it now..
It's not supposed to be flared at the top to make it a SF...

The NSF has flared letter I in DEI, the SF has not got the flared I but straight like a column

Another way to tell is that I of DEI points to a denticle with the Shoulder Fold obverse, and points between denticles of a No Shoulder Fold obverse.

Another way to tell is just look at the relief of the
Coin . No Shoulder Fold and Shoulder Fold
are really misnomers .
A more proper term ...High relief for the NSF
Low Relief for the SF .
Slightly off topic , I have NEVER owned or seen
a Gem Mint State Full Red 1953 Low relief cent
