Is the 9 on this coin thick enough to be doubled, such as on Wexlers 2019 1¢ WMDO-001?

The master die on all 2019P was doubled. All 9s are doubled

The WMDO-001 = Wexler's - Master -Die Doubling - Obverse. So all the cents that year will show the enlarged '9'. All from all three/four mints that are struck. (West Point also Struck cents that year.
