I wish I could see the coin to add input, but the photos are (still) too dark.

it looks like the laminations were separating when the copper was rolled out into a sheet prior to being punched out into planchets..
Kind of like roller lines with the laminations sticking to the roller a tiny bit..

Just flat letters from over a hundred years of wear. And the so called "Lamination" may just be from being harshly wired brushed?

Rather than tweaking photos, have you tried no filters in direct sunlight? That's how I do mine and they're decent enough. I'm with Merc, I can't see anything well enough.

I am going to go back to my old method of photographing coins bu stacking two loupes and attaching it to my helping hands. This scope allows me to get extremely clear microphotographs but they don't upload the same once resized. I'm not kidding when I say I have acquired multiples of every date and mint in the Lincoln Cent except 3, 65- current Washington, and 40 - current Roosevelt's and Jefferson. Now I spend countless hours trying to search through and categorize. I have two 150 page books and a 4*6 case full of nothing but laminates and other major errors. Should I begin with those, continue looking for varieties, or move on to uncirculated

The clarity is there on most of the pictures. It's just the whole coin images that I think would be better in different lighting. I would say search what you want. It depends on what your priorities are with these coins (assuming they are all stored properly). I would go straight for the errors, but I'm biased. That's my favorite category to collect.
