That is a doubled die. Whether it's a particular die you are seeking, I cannot say.

Yep, It is a doubled die. It's a shame that the IN GOD WE TRUST is mangled.

Still not a high value die variety, it appears to be FS-50-1936-102 as seen in the CherryPickers' Guide.
