Found this last week in "1962 year set"
Should I go with NGC or PCGS?
under RPM or Error DDR, You can doubling to the left of STATE that is very prominent, double also found in the F of OF and AMERI. also P in pluribus, and in HALF DOLL.

NGC or PCGS? neither.

RPM is repunched mintmark. Since that coin doesn't have a mintmark, it would be impossible to repunch it.

It's also not a doubled die. This is a somewhat strong case of Machine Doubling. No value added.

Neither. Can't be a repunched mint mark, this is a Philly coin and does not have a mint mark. Don't send it to any TPG as this is just a nice example of Machine Doubling. Very common and no premium added. Also welcome to the forum.

I sure am slow with my two finger typing, beat again.

Proof that the coin is what it is. Neither of us saw the other's post and they agree completely.
