Normal weight is 2.5 grams ± 0.1 grams. Your 2.58 gram Lincoln falls within the 2.4 to 2.6 gram range.

Mint tolerance is +/- .10 grams of normal 2.5 grams. On older cents the tolerance is +/- .13 grams.
