Hmm looks more like MD as it is step-like, but let's see what others think.

Definitely a DDR, but I would say [edit from the future WDDR-010. I had written 009 by mistake because the listing was removed on Wexler's site], since it doesn't appear quite strong enough to be WDDR-001/1DR-001. Either way, they are both awesome dies. Great find! @Spence not MD. You can see the extra material on the right side of the dot before UNUM. Dead giveaway.

SamCoin, I went back and looked at the Memorial and could not find the markers on the top of the bays for DDR001. They are there for DDR009 on the bottom of the Bays on the left side. Added another picture in the Original Post showing the bays. Thanks for pointing that out.
FWIW Wexler removed WDRR-9

@Ericwats Lol, that was just a silly mistake on my part. I was looking at WDDR-010, but I read 009 because that listing had been removed and I just didn't see that the images corresponded to a different listing directly below it. WDDR-010 is the correct die.
009 was a "wavy steps" variety, which is caused by something called a trail die, not a doubled die. A lot of these coins had been listed for a long time and had to be removed when it was determined that they were not in fact doubled dies, leaving behind a lot of gaps in the listings for the early 2000s.

Just realized this is a Denver coin, I was adding information on the Philly DDR. Only image I had for this die. Now I have two.

@Coop this image you've shown is of WDDO-001. Pretty certain this coin is WDDO-010 as I said above.

So I believe it matches 2004-D 1¢ WDDR-010 on Wexlers Site and 2004D-1DR-009 on CopperCoins because of the doubling on the left flower pot and bays behind the pot. Except for a couple of dark spots the pictures are identical to mine. I no longer believe it is 2004D-1DR-001 because it does not have the doubling on the top of the right bays.
I am having a really good day because I found a 2004D-1DR-014 right before lunch in the same tube of pennies.
Thanks Guys!
