It looks like a typical, well struck coin, no hub doubling that I can see. The mm would need to be clearer to see if there is an RPM but can see no evidence of it. The date is a large date. Here is a link to check yours against. I always look at the inner loop on the 9. The large date is tucked tight and almost pointing due east, where as the small date points more southeast.

Large date. Another indicator is to check the position of the 9 relative to the 1. The large date has the 9 in a slightly higher relative position.
