That's a die chip in a location known as a "bie cent"...Check cuds-on-coins.com for a known listing number (if you want to)

Edited: and another chip developing on the 5, don't know what's happening with the 9....maybe a crack...

That does look like an incredibly tiny die chip on the number 5. Good eyes for noticing it!
