The bottom Cent in your first picture is what is referred to as a Misaligned Die or MAD for short. This happens when the hammer die, or obverse die, is slightly out of alignment during the striking process. This results in a rim that is not perfect in size and shape in its entirety thus producing a result that looks off centered. However, an off centered strike is also a completely different occurrence, but close to, a MAD.

Actually, now that I looked at your first coin closer, they both appear to be MAD strikes. The top coin pictured is an extremely slight misaligned die strike but the bottom coin is a bit more pronounced. Neither coin is worth a premium but they are really neat to keep and put in a 2x2.

Nice MAD's. You may take a look at COC to get an idea of what I'm talking about but it looks like you make have a Rim Cud on the lower coin obverse, at 10 o'clock. It could just be a fold over too, need close up of that area.

These are found fairly frequently and do not carry a premium.
