My first coin graded and finally opening it was pretty sweet at first but then I realized I don't even know how to price it!! Is it a waste of money? Opinions on ICG's grade they put on this coin?

ICG is not one of the trusted slabbers,PCGS-NGC-ANACS. The mint mark might be a broken mint mark punch or just circulation wear filled it in.IMHO the coin never should have been sent in for grading. What did it cost you to have slabbeb, all in?

Broken post on D mint marks are very common, I don't believe there would be any premium for it.

Along with the filled D (not terribly uncommon), the coin shows light circulation wear. Given the photos posted, I'm thinking it would grade in the high XF range. Maybe just leaking into AU50.

No premium for a broken die post. Looks graded right.

Check ebay's SOLD listings for similar slabbed coins to get a relative value as to worth. I think you lost money on this deal, but check to see.
