The wing with the doubling on it is a 2018 P Block Island Quarter. The rest I am sure you can tell which ones they are. Also came across 3 different West Point Mint 2 had Privy Mark and a 1983 Proof in great condition.

Forgot to mention I went through about 400.00 worth of quarters. Finger tips were black lol. Here are the others I put in capsules. I like collecting W and S mint mark coins.

Those V75 Privy mark Quarters are really neat finds. I have only found one in the wild. Surely that 1982-S wasn't found in a coin roll was it? (Your opening post said you found a 1983 proof....I assume this was a typo).

When a die chips, even on raised devices on the die, the void will fill and and show a raised area were the void is on die.

The 2nd pic under Ellis is a Block Island quarter. I found the doubling on the wing after seeing a video talking about it. I pulled all the Block Islands and found one. The proof came from a coin machine at publix, I asked if they would sell me the bag inside the machine which had 178.25 in it. I looked at so many Homestead quarters and the last one was the leaky bucket. I also found another Homestead that has the leaky bucket at certain angles.
