Question About The 2017, 1 Cent 'P'

I wish they had only done a couple hundred thousand P MMs to really make things interesting. Philly has had the "P" MM on many coins, just never on the cent prior to 2017. Except for the cent, all Philly-minted U.S. coins since 1980 bear the "P" MM. 2017 was as one-and-done (entertaining) anomoly. On a side note I hope in 2022 they'll replace "In God We Trust" with "Peace Out" and retire the silly thing.
