The albums have a shortcoming when there are two versions of a coins (business strike and proof) at the same mint in a year. The Lincoln cents have the same issue 1968 to 1974.
You will notice that Dansco labels the albums as "including proof-only issues," which is to say, it has holes for years in which said mint only issued a proof coin. This is also why you almost never see holes for 1964 and earlier proofs in the albums, as Philly minted both each year back then.
The way to overcome this is up to you. Extra pages without labeling a available to hold the "duplicate" dates. You can also choose one strike type over the other if that suits you.
