What is everyone's thoughts on getting it graded, looks to be doubling on the inner cloums and upper inner ceiling or is that not dbling? Is that an E in his upper hairline?

I see a normal coin. A coin needs a retail value of at least $100-$150 after slabbing to justify all cost involved in sending it in.

That " doubling " that you see in columns 1,5,8,11 are part of the design.
Not sure what you are referring to as an "E" in the upper hairline.
