BLAZER! Well struck except of last S in STATES and the OF. A few minor column hits. I think the minor stuff in the fields are exaggerated in the pictures. I can't take off more than 3.

67RD

Does the die clash on the reverse take away any points?

I'll say MS-66RD or better. Blazer!

good to see you back my friend

the obverse definitely looks MS67RD. the reverse worries me a little with the small scratch through the steps and ticks across several of the letters and pillars. reverse MS66+RD. this one could go either way and I'm afraid the reverse may hold it back from that elusive grade
Rest in Peace

BadThad, This coin is awesome in hand but it doesn't have that special tone bump . My god it's attractive. In fact, I have 3 and will send one this week to you. I need your thoughts. I am back in the swing to grading and finished with the RPMS

I think I'm seeing MS66. Photos have a bit too much glare to permit a better assessment.

I agree with T-Bop on this one. MS-66+RD. It's a beauty!
