This coin came with Certificate of Authenticity. Would that be the reason its clean?

Authenticity certificate just means it's not counterfeit. This is a cleaned, low-grade example of a common date with low collector appeal.

G-details (cleaned). It does have some letters in the LIBERTY headband, so it's close to being VG-details.
