Quote: who wears a shirt when out doing yard work? Me. A long sleeve with UV protection that wicks sweat and repels the bugs. It is something started doing in the last few years and only wish I had thought of it sooner.

During the summer days here in Phoenix, we don't worry about the bugs 'cause they can't survive the heat out in the sun... they only are mostly active in the mornings and evenings..

I do remember that last time I was out there. Also, remember barely breaking a sweat because it evapourates so fast.

Yes, that is so very true - but a great place to have coins - it is so dry nothing grows on or spots them up..

I have no reason to doubt that at all.

I've always thought the 1974 dollar coin issued by New Zealand to commemorate the Tenth Commonwealth Games is rather funny. If it said "Tenth" or "10th" it would be just an ordinary coin, but the use of the Roman 'X' for '10' is strange. It makes it look as if the coin was commemorating the xth games - maybe they had forgotten how many games there had been and the Mint couldn't be bothered to check!

On his first day at work as a blacksmith, young Giovanni was dismayed to find the EU-standard protective clothing he'd ordered had not been delivered...

But placing the 'X' in the flag in the middle was clever - it creates the illusion on the N and Z there. What I find funny about that coin is a bunch of naked folks chasing each other around..
