Hi all,
This rose farthing, which I think is type three but not my area of expertise so am happy to be told otherwise, has a different privy/mint mark on each side. Crescent on one and what appears to be an annulet on the other. Pairings of different privy marks do occur for type three but I can't find this particular pairing listed anywhere. Your thoughts please.

It's a crescent on both sides. The legend is abbreviated (CAROLV D G MA BRI) so it's Everson Type 4. To be more precise, with a single arch crown, a single rose and those legends, it's Everson Type 4b 206a (Peck 2f), 1639-43, which is by far the most common (half of these farthings are 206a). A nice example, though.
